What type of insurances are accepted?

The facility accepted Medicare, Medicaid, Atena, UHC Medicare. This is not a complete list. Please contact us for a full list of accepted insurances. We are happy to help.

Are church services provided?

Yes, the facility works with different churches.

Can my pet come to visit?

Yes, pets may visit.

Is there a Nurse Practitioner?

Yes, the facility has two Nurse Practitioners on site 7 days a week.

Will the facility take me to my weekly appointments?

Yes, the facility will take you to your weekly appointments.
