Welcome to Lincoln Village Healthcare Center located in Lincoln, Illinois. Our 126-bed skilled nursing facility specializes in acute care providing around-the-clock nursing to our vent, trach, and bariatric patients in our ventilator unit.
What We Offer
Rehabilitation

Physical Therapy
Experienced therapists will work with residents to strengthen their lower body and balance to facilitate secure mobility.
Occupational Therapy
An Occupational Therapist will focus on functional mobility and strengthening both upper and lower body extremities.
Speech Therapy
A Speech Therapist will assess speech and cognition problems and plan appropriate treatments to enhance skills.
