Welcome to Lincoln Village Healthcare Center located in Lincoln, Illinois. Our 126-bed skilled nursing facility provides a comprehensive spectrum of rehabilitative care, including a rehab to home program, and 24-hour skilled nursing from experienced and caring staff.

Our healthcare team of primary care physicians and therapists will provide you with a customized program appropriate for your unique individual needs so you can reach your highest level of function.

We know that family involvement is an important part of the recovery and rehabilitation process. We encourage families to become active participants in the care of their loved ones whether it be asking questions or participating in the therapy sessions, as per COVID visitation guidelines.

At Lincoln Village, we partner with other health care providers to ensure an interdisciplinary approach to your health and well-being. Our care begins before you arrive at the facility to after you discharge home.

• All rooms have new electric high/low beds, and cable TV (private phones are also provided for our short-term rehab units).
