Long Term Care

We fully support residents and their families as they transition from the comforts of their home to Lincoln Village Healthcare Center. Residents will be involved in therapy as prescribed by their physician as well as emersed in daily activities to stimulate their social and emotional well-being.

Residents will be supported by our staff to meet all of their personal care needs. These Activities of Daily Living can include:

• Bathing
• Dressing
• Using the toilet
• Transferring to or from bed or chair
• Caring for incontinence
• Eating
• Medication reminders
